✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued when:

  • The item is returned successfully under our return policy.
  • The item is out of stock or canceled by the seller.
  • The order is canceled before shipment.
  • You receive a defective or wrong item and choose not to get a replacement.

Refunds are processed via:

  • Original payment method (Online/Mobile Banking, Cards)
  • Mobile banking (for Cash on Delivery orders)
  • KORAS  Wallet/Store Credit (optional)
⏱️ Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item verification or cancellation approval.
  • Delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway processing times.
ℹ️ Important Notes
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except in cases of seller error or damaged products).

KORAS reserves the right to withhold refunds if return conditions are not met.
