1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through KORAS official website and social platforms.

• KORAS reserves the right to update or change these terms without prior notice.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

• KORAS reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious orders.

• By confirming an order, you agree to our Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policies.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT (if any).

• Payment options include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available gateways.

• Delivery charges are separate and non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We provide nationwide home delivery via Pathao and Steadfast Courier Service.

• Delivery timelines: 1–3 days inside Dhaka, 3–5 days outside Dhaka.

• Customers may refuse or return a parcel only at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• No Refunds after purchase or once a parcel is received.

• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and product condition.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Certain items (e.g., undergarments, custom-made products) are non-exchangeable.

6. Product Availability & Accuracy

• We strive to ensure product images, descriptions, and details are accurate.

• However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to photography, lighting, or manual production.

• KORAS reserves the right to discontinue or limit product availability at any time.

7. Use of Personal Information

• Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized parties.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the KORAS website — including logos, images, product designs, and text — is the intellectual property of KORAS.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• KORAS is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
