1. Orders & Delivery

Q: How do I place an order?

? Simply select your product, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. Our team will confirm your order via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Q: How long will delivery take?

? Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days.

? Outside Dhaka: 1–3 working days (via Pathao/Steadfast Courier).

Q: Do you offer nationwide delivery?

? Yes, we provide home delivery across Bangladesh.

2. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

? We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash Merchant, Nagad Merchant, and Bank Transfers.

Q: Is online payment secure?

? Yes. All payments are handled through secure merchant channels and verified by our team.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return a product after purchase?

? No. KORAS does not offer refunds once a parcel has been received.

Q: When can I return a parcel?

? Parcels may only be refused/returned at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

? Yes, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in original condition.

Q: Are product colors exactly like the photos?

? We try our best to show true colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
