Delivery Coverage

• We provide home delivery to all areas of Bangladesh.

• Whether you are in Dhaka city or outside districts, KORAS will reach you through our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.

• Outside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

(Delivery time may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or special campaigns.)

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: Tk 80

• Outside Dhaka City: Tk 150

(Final charges may vary depending on courier policies.)

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• After you place an order, our team will confirm it via phone call or WhatsApp.

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive updates, and where available, a tracking code to monitor your parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.

• Customers may only refuse or return the parcel at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.
